Simie Cheats
While playing, press [CTRL] + [SHIFT]
+ [ALT] + C, then type the following codes:
- music - Toggle music
- move_objects on - Move any object
- plugh - say "plugh"
- rosebud - 1000 Simoleons (patched game version)
- klapaucius - 1000 Simoleons (unpatche game version)
- xyzzy - Say "xyzzy"
- water_tool - Allows you to add streams and ponds
- set_hour - (Values 1-24)
- sim_speed - (Values -1000 - +1000)
- grow_grass - (VALUES 0-150)
- sweep - Shows the "ticks" in the game (Values on/off)
- draw_floorable - Turn the floorable grid on and off
- log_mask [mask] - Sets the event logging mask
- preview_anims - Turns on/off animation preview mode
- rotation [0|1|2|3] - Set absolute world rotation
- sim_log [begin|end] - Start and stop the sim logging
- map_edit on - Self explainitory
- map_edit off - Self explainitory
- tile_info - Self explanitory
Floating House
Large second-floor extensions to a house, or even an entire house in
the air, can be built totally unsupported by the following method. First,
lay out a complete ground layer of pillars. You'll need lots to form a surface
to build on. Next build you second-floor home on top of these pillars. It's
important that you do ALL the structural work at this point; get allthe walls
placed and flors put in. Don't forget teh stairs! Next, simply switch to the
ground flor, and delete all the pillars. The house will remain standing,
completely unsupported by anything. Now you got a Floating House for your Sims!
More Money
Bring up cheat mode and enter teh "klapaucius"(unpatched) or "rosebude"(patched) code.
Then bring up cheat mode again and enter "!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!"
(youmay add up to a total of 60).
